We hear wonderful comments from clients whom we have helped. We'll be sharing some of them here, but first, a recent story ...

It was Thursday, March 15 about mid-morning, when in walked a nice lady who said in a very loud voice, "I have an appointment with Mr. Williams for a hearing test." I couldn't help but think that she definitely could not hear herself at all, much less others, because she spoke so loud. I felt her pain and thought, "God please let us be able to help her."

I took her back to see Mr. Williams and she said she didn't think we could help her, but she would let us do the hearing test anyway. Then after the hearing test we fit her with Custom Hearing Aids. This is when she started tearing up because she could actually hear her own voice for the first time. She was at first embarrassed about how loud she had been speaking, but then she was filled with joy because of the wonderful experience of hearing again. Her sister-in-law was with her and was also a hearing aid user, and could not believe how she could hear her without reading her lips or looking at her when she spoke. The tears of joy filled the room. Ms. Jacky says, "It's a whole new life at age 83!!!"

Today, March 19, Ms. Jacky came in for her checkup and to pick up her new remote control for her hearing aids. She told us about her experience riding in the back seat of the car and being able to hear what her friends were saying in the front seat, which she could never do before. She also said playing cards is different because she can actually talk with everybody now instead of just being quiet due to not being able to hear in the past. She said, “Everything is such a positive experience now that I can Hear Again!"
